Overjet, a leader in dental artificial intelligence, has unveiled ReviewPASS, an innovative feature within its Insurance Intelligence Platform designed to streamline the dental insurance process.
ReviewPASS utilizes advanced AI technology to allow dental providers to skip manual insurance reviews for over 300 dental procedures, including crowns, core buildups, impactions, scaling and root planing, and implants.
The automation of claim approvals reduces administrative workloads as well as better overall experience for the patients due to the transparency building trust in the dental care providers.
The launch of ReviewPASS is part of Overjet’s broader initiative, the Dental Clarity Network. This network brings together leading providers and insurers to improve the patient experience by removing friction in the claims review process.
Founding partners include major insurers like MetLife, Humana, and Guardian, as well as dental service organizations such as Dental Care Alliance and North American Dental Group.
Overjet plans to implement ReviewPASS in live testing with at least five of the top 20 U.S. dental insurers by mid-2025. This phased rollout is expected to validate the system’s effectiveness and pave the way for broader adoption across the industry.
